It was established in 2011 by former executives from NetJets, which is why it offers the same high quality service but without the high cost or lengthy commitment required by fractional ownership.

What differentiates them from the competition is the quality of their one-on-one interactions with clients and meticulous attention to detail.

About the Company

Unity Jets is a privately held business headquartered in Miami, Florida, with Kevin Diemar as the CEO.

Kevin was the Vice President of Sales for NetJets and Marquis Jet for seven years before starting Unity Jets. During that time, he promoted the Marquis jet card and NetJets fractional ownership options throughout Florida, the Caribbean, Mexico, and Latin America. Kevin’s expertise and experience in the aviation sector span over a decade, which is reflected in Unity Jets’ service and professionalism.

He started Unity Jets with the goal to reduce the high costs associated with private aviation while still providing clients with the highest standard of service, modern and technologically advanced aircraft, and a crew trained according to the latest safety procedures. Kevin’s practical approach ensures that no customer experiences neglect and their needs come first. He believes maintaining open and trustworthy connections with his clientele will pay off in the long run via increased loyalty and repeat business, which has turned out to be the case.

Pricing

When passengers book a private flight, the pricing makes a difference in how luxurious and hassle-free the flight will be.

Prepayment and bulk purchases often result in savings, according to Diemar, and this is true across all sectors. But when it comes to private aviation, things work in a way that seems counterintuitive: clients think they’re getting a deal when, in reality, they’re paying more per hour and are limited by the terms of the membership program.

This is how Unity Jets differ – they are shaking up the market with their simple strategy of charging per trip, so clients only pay for their airfare when they take a flight.

The cost may vary depending on the flight’s duration, number of passengers, and the route.

Unity Jets’mission is to deliver first-rate customer service at deeply discounted rates, from initial booking to final departure.

Booking Made Easy

When a customer is ready to book a trip, they can give the firm a call and arrange their flight with the help of an agent. They help clients find the right jet, stay on budget, and arragne any other details before booking the flight.

The Fleet

Unity Jets is a broker, therefore it does not does not own aircraft; instead, it finds operators and aircraft that are qualified according to Unity Jets’s safety and service screening procedure. As a brokerage private jet company, Unity Jets utilizes private jets from third-party operators.

1. Turboprops

Turboprops are a more cost-effective alternative to jet travel over shorter distances. The cabins of these aircraft are pressurized, and because they have an excellent performance on short runways, the number of airports that turboprops can fly to is pretty significant.

Our Recommendation: King Air 350

The King Air 350’s features an automatic climate control system, and the 355-cubic-foot interior can comfortably accommodate up to 11 persons. Newly renovated seats and cabin furnishings with built-in heaters and refrigerators are just some of the many new additions. Since its production, the King Air 350 has seen zero accidents in the United States.

Specifications:

  • Passengers: 9 to 11;
  • Exterior height: 14 ft 4 in;
  • Body length: 46 ft 8 in;

2. Light Private Jets

The maximum number of people that a light private jet can accommodate is seven, and they are guaranteed a quick and pleasant ride to their regional destination.

Our Recommendation: Citation Bravo

Cessna has begun producing the Citation Bravo as an alternative to the Citation II since it is a popular choice for short-distance air taxi services. While it features the same Citation II airframe as its predecessor, the new Bravo private jet is equipped with more powerful engines. The standard avionics have been upgraded to the glass cockpit, and the main landing gear has been replaced.

3. Midsize Private Jets

When compared to light planes, midsize private jets provide a higher level of comfort and space, in addition to a wider range. They can accomodate bigger groups of passengers and offer more amenities and entertainment options.

Our Recommendation: Lear 60

Bombardier Aerospace produces a medium-sized business jet called the Learjet 60. Multiple improvements separate Learjet 60 from the previous model, Lear 55. Improved performance is attributable to several factors, including the power engines.

Typically, the Lear 60 is utilized by individuals, businesses, and owners of fractional jets. It is also used by the armed forces and governments of many countries.

Specifications:

  • Passengers: 8;
  • Exterior height: 14 ft 8 in;
  • Full length: 58 ft 8 in;
  • Wing span: 43 ft 9 in;
  • Cabin width: 5 ft 11 in;
  • Cabin height: 5 ft 9 in;
  • Cabin length: 17 ft 8 In

4. Super-Midsize Private Jets

The price tag of a super-midsize private aircraft is more affordable than that of a higher category jet, despite the fact that it has the same long-range capability and opulent facilities. Super midsize jets continue to be one of the most cost-effective options for passengers flying longer distances because of their spacious cabins, fully-stocked galleys, and outstanding performance.

Our Recommendation: The Bombardier Challenger 350

Bombardier built the wing, engine, and landing gear of the Challenger 350 to achieve ideal balance, making the whole flight experience stress-free. The first Challenger 350 was certified in 2003, and the improved Challenger 350 went into service in the middle of 2014.

A maximum of eight passengers and two crew members may travel 3,200 nautical miles at the aircraft’s maximum range. Increased brake and rudder control adjustments allow the 350 to leave from shorter runways with up to 1,500nm more range. Other upgrades include a composite display and upgraded sensor systems, improved cabin soundproofing, and redesigned cockpit ergonomics.

Specifications:

  • Passengers: 10;
  • Exterior height: 20 ft;
  • Full length: 68 ft 8 in;
  • Wing span: 69 ft;
  • Cabin Width: 7 ft 2 in;
  • Cabin height: 6 ft;
  • Cabin length: 25 ft 2 in;
  • Max flight range: 3200 nm;
  • Max cruise speed: 470 kts.

As part of their super-midsize private jet fleet, Unity Jets offers Citation Sovereign, Citation X, Challenger 300, Falcon 50EX, Gulfstream G200 / G280, Hawker 4000, and our recommended model Challenger 350.

5. Large and Premium Large Private Jets

These airplanes feature roomy cabins, a flight range of six to nine hours, and first-class luxury seats for up to sixteen passengers. The cabin has full-standing headroom, a galley, and there’s usually a flight attendant present. The cabin has space for up to twenty pieces of baggage, which may range in size.

The Premium heavy jets have even longer range and provide passengers with a spacious cabin that’s furnished with every convenience one would find in their own house or place of business. These private long-range planes are capable of flying to any location on the globe, all while providing the highest level of speed and comfort.

Our Recommendation: The Falcon 2000

Dassault Aviation produces the Falcon business jet range, which includes the Dassault Falcon 2000. It is a twin-engined, somewhat smaller version of the Falcon 900 trijet that was certified in 1994 with a transcontinental range. With a high-speed cruise of 479 mph at 39,000 feet and a climb rate of 3,730 feet, the Falcon 2000 has outperformed even optimistic predictions that it would be a cost-effective aircraft.

Specifications:

  • Passengers: 10;
  • Wing Span: 63 ft 5 in;
  • Exterior height: 23 ft 2 in;
  • Full length: 66 ft 5 in;
  • Cabin width: 7 ft 7 in;
  • Cabin height: 6 ft 2 in;
  • Cabin length: 26 ft 3 in;
  • Internal baggage: 134 cu ft;

6. Ultra-Long-Range Private Jets

Due to ther ultra long range, hence the name, these jets are mostly used for transcontinental or international flights. With a maximum travel distance of up to 12 hours of flight time, equivalent to around 6,000 miles, ultra-long-range jets can make nonstop transoceanic flights while accomodating passengers in the lap of comfort and luxury.

Our Recommendation: Global Express

Bombardier Aviation developed four distinct models to participate in the emerging ultra-long range, large-cabin business jet market, the first of which was the Bombardier Global Express. For Bombardier, the Global Express represented the pinnacle of its product range. The Global Express was planned to travel large distances at a fast speed between any two spots in the world and require just one refueling stop. The Global Express’s cabin was the biggest of its kind until the Gulfstream G650 was introduced.

Specifications:

  • Passengers: up to 19;
  • Exterior height: 25 ft 5 in;
  • Full length: 99 ft 4 in;
  • Wing span: 94 ft;

Company Safety Policy and Standards

Every pilot has passed a battery of tests to prove their competence. They’ve gone through rigorous training in a flight simulator, and Unity Jets strictly adhere to the FAA‘s rest and duty time guidelines. All of the personnel and crew members have their backgrounds meticulously checked.

Before every flight, they look at weather reports and predictions and give clients a custom pre-flight check from ARG/US or Wyvern. To ensure that all operators, planes, and aircrew meet the highest safety standards, ARG/US and Wyvern perform regular audits.

Unity Jets has recently joined the Air Charter Safety Foundation (ACSF). Unity Jets supports the foundation’s mission to empower private jet providers and managers to achieve the highest safety standards in the aviation sector, along with more than 115 other companies.

Conclusion

With Unity Jets, private flyers may reserve only one flight at a time. The key distinction from other, bigger private-jet operators is the cost, but all the other perks, including ease, comfort, reliability, and attention, are the same.

The firm was founded by a group of ex-NetJets executives who noticed a need in the market for private jet services that did not need customers to purchase a jet card or fractional ownership to fly. Professional advisers at Unity Jets help customers who have access to jet cards or fractional ownership maximize the value of their hours and provide guidance on whether or not to use Unity Jets as a hedging mechanism.
